...olicy makar is bloody out of his mind. This company performance is totally fake. The employee has to his 50 to 80% of his salary to generate sales otherwise they will transfer you and you will be punished. Company culture is not good right now. This is sole company not registered with any business organization like SEBI and all, company is not listed till now. No board of directors Handled by Dubai people. All money goes to Dubai then they paid off salary to their employees.

I don't like this company right now because of indiscipline behavior or non organic political behavior of superior.

I want to work anywhere in India for which I want to learn more things from area and also from the marketplace.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and many colleagues are from started their career here,a lot of learnings from them.
