Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment

...Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation. Many people are planning leave this worst workplace.
