1 Cipla Regional Business Manager Job

- The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 Area Business Managers and achieving business targets in the assigned therapy area and geography.

- The role requires driving the generation of Rs 18-20 crore business annually for India Business, ensuring team performance, and fostering business development opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

- Drive business performance within the assigned therapy area and geography to meet the set budget and targets.

- Ensure consistent business growth and target achievement through effective team management.

- Manage external customer relationships to identify business growth opportunities.

- Support the implementation and development of strategies to drive business expansion.

- Oversee the hiring, learning, and recognition processes for the team.

- Foster a high-performance culture by ensuring team members meet and exceed their targets.
