Culture is little closed especially the hierarchy and internal politics play major role. I am telling that the politics in play only by the existing people not from company. At the same time company is running by people.

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.

Work is not proper plan , on high level, I'm saying but high level lesson, baby care hospital division not proper plan, That's y lot of vacancies and no one stand the company...
