I liked the work I was doing there. It was decent balance between a challenging and comfortable.

Dislikes

The top management would hardly interact with others. The mid level managers were not that good at their job and I think we lost a couple of big contracts because of that and the top mgmt. was quite unaware of it.

Likes

The people are good, the top level management has cool guys to talk to and the office space also has a cool vibe. They are very flexible in terms of work-life balance and look at your work done rather than hours spent.

Dislikes

The ability of the top level management to keep employee morale high is questionable. The company thinks it's a good idea to keep the owner's Jaguar car parked in front of the office even when the company is going through a financial crisis and most employees haven't been paid up to two months of their due salary. HR seems to allow managers to freely abuse, insult and talk down on subordinates. While this isn't too common of an occurrence here, when it does happen to you, don't expect that the HR is going to protect you when the shit hits the fan.

Lots of favourness towards employees.! There's no one who takes lead before the client's changes. Everyone wants to be a director in their own dreams
