The people are good, the top level management has cool guys to talk to and the office space also has a cool vibe. They are very flexible in terms of work-life balance and look at your work done rather than hours spent.

Dislikes

The ability of the top level management to keep employee morale high is questionable. The company thinks it's a good idea to keep the owner's Jaguar car parked in front of the office even when the company is going through a financial crisis and most employees haven't been paid up to two months of their due salary. HR seems to allow managers to freely abuse, insult and talk down on subordinates.
