- they will not offer you expected salary until or unless you have counter offer. - After joining of 2 months They will put you in PIP and fire you with in few days with no severence pay because you are in probation period. - HR is worst here, they will not support you anywhere. Your manager is God in this company. - your shift will be rotation with rotational week off . They will not provide you leave until or unless you need to show them proof for everything. - At the end you will feel like robot who is ready to work on public holidays as well.

Nothing to like about this company,DES management is not only bad they are biased they look for.only devops people support function under DES is really suffering.. Noida DES management is useless .

No job security No WLB Lowest compensation DES Management is biased on integrators HR is useless they are puppet of managers It's a mess to work with this company

The work culture is best in the company,this product based company has high standard in terms CMMI level 5 rated organization

The compensation they provide to their employees are on lower side,Infact when we compare this to the global product level organization standard then it's quite less in India.

... seen people complaint about the same to higher management too, but no changes. I even stopped refering my friends to this company, despite having very good referral bonus.

All people across teams are very comfortable to reach out. Best work culture and work experience , not taking compensation in consideration

Work and culture wise , nothing to dislike. All the best quality are already there.
