Nothing such as of now.

Dislikes

- they will not offer you expected salary until or unless you have counter offer. - After joining of 2 months They will put you in PIP and fire you with in few days with no severence pay because you are in probation period. - HR is worst here, they will not support you anywhere. Your manager is God in this company. - your shift will be rotation with rotational week off . They will not provide you leave until or unless you need to show them proof for everything. - At the end you will feel like robot who is ready to work on public holidays as well.

Good team members French counter part is very supportive Great work life balance

Dislikes

... seen people complaint about the same to higher management too, but no changes. I even stopped refering my friends to this company, despite having very good referral bonus.

WLB, Salary on time, promotions in case you are licker

Dislikes

Job security - Cloud OTA is worst project, nobody knows anything but expectations would be like you have to do everything. The one who knows won’t tell you anything. Learning- migration work from old legacy to so called Cloud. You won’t do anything new just some line of codes, no cloud exposure. No new tech. Politics - “Ek_bihar_sab_pe_bhari” So if you want to survive keep good terms with this guy.

Nothing to like about this company,DES management is not only bad they are biased they look for.only devops people support function under DES is really suffering.. Noida DES management is useless .
