Thales is one of those companes which really has moved rigourously from On prem to public clouds. You can find good projects as per your Line of Business. Being a DevOps Engineer in central team, I can say growth is good, even for the ones working in other BLs. U can consider staying here if u get a good offer and your profile is good, plus if you don't need things like childcare, remote work

...not to break things. Compensation is around 10-15% less than market average. If u get hired on a good salary from start then its cool. Cab facility is paid. They still couldn't start a Cafe in Noida. Cafe in bangalore and gurgaon is okay.

The company is full of goons who does not want any potential threat to come within company .. Highly toxic environment for product managers from functional background. They simply want their developers to climb the ladder in management aspects and don't want to welcome any other perspective. I advise to refrain from this company.

...ement is pathetic. They only do 1 thing which is to make a story for everything. Neither 1 gets satisfaction in work nor compensation wise in Thales. They are still living in stone age where everything is manual and if you put up some idea that has to be taken care by you with extra effort without any recognition.
