There was no growth either its personal or professionals, (Boss) Global IT Head say he was coming from culture where he was not seeing any single change in any firewall three or four months, he doesn't like changes on network, looks like he is not habitual with new technology or new development requirement which require maintenance or perform audit on network, Actually, looks like accidental IT Head, he was not uncomfortable with people and if they are skilled, he was not stay on his words, he was not even introducing anyone with his boss, and top management also not interested to interact with any employees, he is doing job like dictator, if he doesn't like you will be fired without any notice, no job security.
