Salary appraisals are not done on time.HR's do not respond well.BM and process managers play a lot of politics. Especially Guntur and vijaywada.Work culture has become worst from past 1 year since the entry of new regional manager.

Appreciation and recognition are based on one's ability to satisfy management's posterior more specifically their relatives and old employees who are occupying different positions in the company. Skill and hardwork is secondary.

Working was good for me as it was my first job job but overall experience was terrible didn’t expected.

... manager can call you at any time even at 2:00 a.m. to give fear about your job. Salary deductions are also there. A counsellor job is a complete target base job. Which can affect your salary as well.
