Salary appraisals are not done on time.HR's do not respond well.BM and process managers play a lot of politics. Especially Guntur and vijaywada.Work culture has become worst from past 1 year since the entry of new regional manager.

No job security, Lala company, No work-life balance, no policy, procedures, all-time fear of losing a job, no facility, no employment benefit. they don't even provide job training. they expect you to extend your shift on daily basis. after shift extension, they don't provide any facility to your home. They expect you to work on Sunda y as well. The manager can call you at any time even at 2:00 a.m. to give fear about your job<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
