They do partiality in the employee who is the favorite employee and increase the salary first. No growth increment fast.

You can work in different departments or skill sets simultaneously.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. They won't recruit people even if the workload increases. They will ask the existing employees to work extra time unless the work is done & won't pay them any overtime compensation. Sometimes you may have to work for more than 14 hours at a stretch.

Unprofessional manager's If managers think there's no urgent work for you, then there's no real work; otherwise, any task you do is just time-pass. Promotion only if you are polite with managers otherwise, no chance. Even with manageable workloads, you won't be able to take Earned Leave.

.... There is a communication gap and constant blame games between different teams. They make employees work on weekends and don't give them salary comp off for that. When I left, I was entitled to receive comp off for weekend duty, but a few days before I left, they changed the policy and didn't even inform me. When I asked for the comp off at the time of f & f, they said I was not eligible because the policy had been changed. In the beginning, they say something, but as you start working there, they give you a lot of mental stress and harassment as if you are in school. I would not recommend joining testbook if someone wants to work in a healthy and positive work environment.
