Work culture, ni work life balance work from 10.30 am to 9.30 pm some time even 10 pm if you are going before 9 pm then management will see you as careless or irresponsible specially in UPSC category.

Great environment and good people to work with their product is also very good

Sometimes due to unusual workload they don't allow us take our weekend holidays. sometimes whole month pass by but they dont care about us and dont let us take proper rest to recharge ourselves . And only wants revenue they dont care if you are sick or dieing they will call you tell you to complete your revenue then you can rest

Employee will have to work from morning 7am to 11.30pm everyday as managers say push for sales. There are 4 week offs in a month, which nobody can take because of sales pressure and weekly targets. If weekly targets do not complete then weekly strike policies are there and third weekly strike lead to forceful resignation as sales isnot your cup of tea. Full and final settlement will be completed after 60 working days which is mentioned in the HR rules and policies, which means 90 days approx. I was so stressed with attitude of there employees and working culture is so useless. Here no one can learn any skills. I worked with multiple companies and never and this much bad experience. Infact i have never written any review but for This company it's needed coz someone needs to change the method of working.

Dislikes

They don't have pattern exactly saying manager don't know what is going in training whether they are learning or not. Is anyone understanding. And false commitment done by there HR team. And after that they agreed but to make it correct they didn't taken any decision. There is no point of contact where u can give your grievance.

Nothing like that needed to be appreciated,poor culture and must be ashamed in terms of behaviour to their own employees,very less pay scale
