Unprofessional manager's If managers think there's no urgent work for you, then there's no real work; otherwise, any task you do is just time-pass. Promotion only if you are polite with managers otherwise, no chance. Even with manageable workloads, you won't be able to take Earned Leave.

everything is 0 about testbook. except for my writing/editing work. salary, promotions, work culture, work life balance, team, seniors, etc. i was forced to quit my job as per senior's instructions, without any valid reason stated. one fine day i got a mail about my last day at work. this broke me in and out as i had no backup no plan b nothing, nonetheless, i had just got married last month then. i was devastated and this took a toll not only mentally but physical health as well. it took a huge amount of time for me to get back on track with my life.. am still hunting for a decent good job. i would never forgive nor forget anyone on testbook. my blood boils when i think of those days last year this time around.

The dress code is informal

Dislikes

.... There is a communication gap and constant blame games between different teams. They make employees work on weekends and don't give them salary comp off for that. When I left, I was entitled to receive comp off for weekend duty, but a few days before I left, they changed the policy and didn't even inform me. When I asked for the comp off at the time of f & f, they said I was not eligible because the policy had been changed. In the beginning, they say something, but as you start working there, they give you a lot of mental stress and harassment as if you are in school. I would not recommend joining testbook if someone wants to work in a healthy and positive work environment.
