The company is good for freshers. The company provides a full coverage of a technology from creating profile, how to attend a interview and how to tackle interviews. Always appreciate people for learning new technology. Exams / mock interviews will be conducted which boost and make the candidate confident.

Dislikes

Pay is very less. Saturdays also working. Management doesnt respond on time. No. of leaves are less in an year.

You can get permanent work from home but it also depends upon clients whether they want you in office or not.

You can get good salary hikes. No joining bonus,no joining kit,no Diwali gifts nothing except you salary which is also not good.

Lots of project and good for fresher to start carrier and able to get strong holding on QA process and tech stack and it depends on the client you are working with. Since its service oriented company, once the project is over will be moved back to bench and need to give interview for other projects.

...ervice oriented company, not having perks similar to Product based company like Compensation structure no lunch / food coupons Work from office and it is dependent on Client no frequent team outing

Let me tell you whole story, i was hired in Test Yantra and they demanded they will not pay any salary for 1st 3 months, i was not having job in Covid period , i joined, slowly i got to about this company, they will train you and deploy you in client place as an experienced candidate by providing 1 , 2 or 3 year fake experience. Again you are not deployed in any of client, that is obvious because they are placing you as fake experienced guy, in 5 month only after no pay in starting 3 month they will stop your salary and will put you in PIP. They uphold your original certificate until your employment there so that you can't left the company. And when you resign , they will also uphold your salary for 90 days by saying company policy. No HR support, nothing good there. Even you have to work for 10 or 11 hours. If you think i am saying wrong, Thank you, Go there , work there . You will definitely understand. Last info they have changed their names to "FireFlink". May be after this comment and review they will change their policy which will be fruitful to you. Join only when you have no job so that after 1 year you leave but plan your resignation joining after 6 month only.

No job security, no salary for 3 months, no salary when ur on bench, waste of time. It's better to try outside rather going there. No HR to talk or communicate, children type people are handling classes
