Lots of project and good for fresher to start carrier and able to get strong holding on QA process and tech stack and it depends on the client you are working with. Since its service oriented company, once the project is over will be moved back to bench and need to give interview for other projects.

Since its service oriented company, not having perks similar to Product based company like Compensation structure no lunch / food coupons Work from office and it is dependent on Client no frequent team outing
