Alot of politics in senior management and to get promotion hard work doesn't matter but u have to be seen on the floor , ppl should know you , u should be part of all events.

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Dislikes

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office

Perfect work-life balance Chill work space with 2 days WFO Everyone is very professional and understands personal life importance

Dislikes

...ho they want to promote and the interviews for everyone is just an obligation. Salary benefits not very good. UK shift is not very convenient as whole day gets wasted.
