Salary could be challenge for those whose focus is on finance or else ample opportunity got learning and developing oneself

Working culture is awesome Growth and opportunities are good Many skill development programs held to improve and develop person skills and knowledge sharing sessions

Dislikes

Pay is on an average, and we don't have any additional benefits like Bonnus and pay for extra work

Excellent campus, relaxed work environment, huge scope for development and growth, good salary, bonus fairly paid as per performance and very talented management. International Travels were great and employees were really taken good care. Right from the on-boarding process till the exit, everything is managed so well and with so much respect. Tesco really lives by the Value -"Treat people like you want to be treated"...

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything... I love this place and would love to join back Tesco at any given point of time. It is my dream to go back some day...

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Dislikes

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office
