Work life balance , importance to women safety.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

Infrastructure, especially campus.

No growth, no substantial work, no recognition for the innovative ideas or works, Compensation on the paper doesn't match with take-home, meniscal politics and passing credit of others work to someone else, absolute lack of transparency in work assessment.

Excellent campus, relaxed work environment, huge scope for development and growth, good salary, bonus fairly paid as per performance and very talented management. International Travels were great and employees were really taken good care. Right from the on-boarding process till the exit, everything is managed so well and with so much respect. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
