There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office

Nice culture, nice campus, nice learning in analytics wing, flexible working hours

... cycles: will prefer laterals over internal promotion. Appraisals are very low. A major chunk is variable pay.

Excellent culture and core values. They make serious efforts in our learning development. I'm proud to work for Tesco.

Dislikes

When Tesco hires us they give a pretty good package for which I'm greatful. I expect better hikes and salary in the function I work in. This would make Tesco a truly strong organisation where people would love to stick on to. I hear other functions get paid better.

Infrastructure, especially campus.

Dislikes

No growth, no substantial work, no recognition for the innovative ideas or works, Compensation on the paper doesn't match with take-home, meniscal politics and passing credit of others work to someone else, absolute lack of transparency in work assessment.

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Dislikes

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies
