...ho they want to promote and the interviews for everyone is just an obligation. Salary benefits not very good. UK shift is not very convenient as whole day gets wasted.

Pay is on an average, and we don't have any additional benefits like Bonnus and pay for extra work

...the facilities are fantastic. Annual events are like international level events. It's a great place to work if you don't mind about salary and promotion.

Their promotions and hike are the worst, I have seen people working in the same role for years, and their juniors become their seniors. The hike isn't great too.

There is a good work-life balance. During this pandemic; Company has taken at most care of all its colleagues.

I believe if you start your career as a Grad and then grow- the kind of compensation is pretty low compared to a lateral who comes with the same experience who gets a high pay.
