Don't ever share any personal and private talk about management or seniors it will some how shared by your close colleagues to your management, be very careful with female colleagues don't make any friends and don't go any break with them don't trust them. Just work and go to home safely, so dangerous people. Be alone.

I haven't come across an organization who is as employee centric as Tesco, the team members are helpful and managers act as servant leaders, thus minimizing bad politics.

Lack of new tech exposure in Business Services Org, Salary is less compared to market standards.

Good pay scale. Work life balance is okay.

Because of few people at upper management, the entire experience was spoiled. Not at all suitable for contract employees. They treat you like bonded labors. In the team where I worked, there was no particular metric to measure one's performance. It all depended on how well your relation with your manager is. very few people actually work and rest all are busy in buttering up to the senior managers. They have survey's which will be "CONFEDENTIAL" but if you highlight any issues, then he management will start finding flaws in your work and since there is no metrics as such so its their word vs yours. I was asked to leave during the COVID situation that to without even getting a proper notice period.

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Dislikes

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies
