Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

in my stint at tesco, i have had manager who recognized my potential and motivate me to pursue my aspirations and trained me. its been a beautiful journey.

Salary could be challenge for those whose focus is on finance or else ample opportunity got learning and developing oneself

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Dislikes

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office

None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

...hey don't know about its culture and don't have time to do research about it. 9. Giving more salary is also a trap, it will be the reason to fire you, after the project work will be finished. 10. If you want job security DO NOT JOIN TESCO, if you have another offer DO NOT JOIN TESCO.
