Excellent campus, relaxed work environment, huge scope for development and growth, good salary, bonus fairly paid as per performance and very talented management. International Travels were great and employees were really taken good care. Right from the on-boarding process till the exit, everything is managed so well and with so much respect. Tesco really lives by the Value -"Treat people like you want to be treated"...

I don't dislike anything... I love this place and would love to join back Tesco at any given point of time. It is my dream to go back some day...

Nice culture, nice campus, nice learning in analytics wing, flexible working hours

... cycles: will prefer laterals over internal promotion. Appraisals are very low. A major chunk is variable pay.

Good campus, free tea/coffee, 10% discount at Star Bazaar, ok ok salary package

Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office

None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

...hey don't know about its culture and don't have time to do research about it. 9. Giving more salary is also a trap, it will be the reason to fire you, after the project work will be finished. 10. If you want job security DO NOT JOIN TESCO, if you have another offer DO NOT JOIN TESCO.
