Some of the teams and managers are good. But mostly it is very bad here.

They laid off many people all of a sudden. No bonus or perks, no cab facilities. Very poor work life balance lots of late night hours. Poor product, technical skills. Not a good place to learn and grow technically. Mandatory work from office.

...ost be 5 6 months. You will be under serious pressure if within 6 months itself. They pay well however they will still make your life a hell.

...ve banking domain and don't want to switch anywhere else then only stay here.... there's no benefit apart from salary, less hikes, just a room in name of cafeteria, just cookies and tea in name of perks, you will be expected to work for Saturdays more often than not, next level micro management they'll literally monitor everything...so yeah if you're looking for all these things in your next company feel free to join Temenos and make your life hell and there's 3 months notice period to get out of this company which in no case they'll negotiate, whole company is being controlled by bunch of people sitting in Chennai office, do expect lots of partial treatment, impossible deadlines, get ready to be blamed for things. They don't care about senior people leaving the company, they just hire freshers in place of them with a decent salary but with 2 years bond so they can't escape....Atlast it's not about a team, it's the whole mentality this company works with is pathetic.

Work life balance is very bad and there is no hike from two years and hr policy is very worst .

No work life balance and no hike from two years and hr policy is very worst and they always try to compensate with weekends for public holiday in multifonds of temenos.every weekend you need to work without allowance and comp off.
