Dislikes points are: * Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. They reach there by politics or a particular religion / cast base. * Work-Life balance is not good as micro management more. * You have no choice for select your specialized field / programming, can be move in any other field or technology as most of senior management do not know how to utilize resource.

There is no growth in terms of new skill, learning and you will be work same tech stack over the years and they have own oriented tools so you will be work same tool.

Managers will keep changing your project , irrespective of your domain. I am hired as automation test engineer. Initially they introduced me into manual by saying first you will have to learn the about the manual working of the project. It took me 3 months to move into automation again after running behind them . After 6 months of automation they again moved me into manual by saying we will eventually move you into automation but first you will have to learn about the manual functioning

Promotion and salary will taken care by manager and mist of the time they only prefer their to forward the name with his preference no matter of the candidate if good and sometimes they sent names name of the candidates who are not derserve to be promoted

...hey will just fired the resource with reason that they don't have any project. If you have a good package then job security is just 0% and even they will give just 7-15 days notice without any compensation of 90 days notice period
