You'll get salary on time You will be fluent in English Work from home but they always scare you for WFO and give threat for job loss.

...... Company is not providing any support... If someone is infected with covid19. Deducting the amount from the salary for leaves.. Although.... Not proving... Any reimbursement for covid test... Has Been done by the employed who's infected... This company is totally looping for profit from there employees... I can write... 1000...of more things which I don't like... In this company.... Not providing any healthy environment. Everybody is just breaking protocols, for example.. Not following social distancing protocols,. No mask even.. Etc.. Total terrible experience with this organization. Managment people are bullies and humilition.. You can find on any floor of this company.....bad bad bad.....

The Company thinks about their employees and is very tolerant of meagre flaws that are not production hampering. They have a dedicated team called Employee Care to look after the employees' grievances. Management is friendly and approachable. No unnecessary policies regarding the actual work.

Working in TP is worthful for beginners, salary is in time on 3rd of the month, staffs and teams are helpful, job can be taken as secured. But TP doesn't hv incentives since it embraces mostly technical domains only not included with sales or collection. Foods and washrooms r hygienic. Career progression can be slow or to get one line up in the heircharchy min atleast 3 yrs can b taken . All in all, its a hygienic company to work with and for those who can compromise with avg salary, no incentives , low career growth and prioritise more towards job security and less work pressure and work - life balance, Teleperformance would b the best match.
