We are employees, so a little trust and respect would be appreciated. 2. Let employee carry their phone, as it is an important items these days. We also have family and there could be an emergency at our place in case something happens will TP take responsibility? We understand that there are confidentiality issues, but what happened during WFH we all had our phones with us all the time, did anyone leak the data? We love our work as it brings food to our table so TP and other companies need to understand this. 3. Maintain Cleanliness and make quick fixes to you r lifts and toilets.
