Worst management & management people's. No carrior growth. Fully Waste of time to join at TP🥵😤

Salary is not up to the mark. It is very low. Yearly hike is very less. Rather then salary everything is very good

You'll get salary on time You will be fluent in English Work from home but they always scare you for WFO and give threat for job loss.

Work culture is hell. No skill development. MNC is just for name. Paid CAB and worst food facility Management is hell Even seniors and Supervisor don't know about the process.

Worst company, highest rate of employee shrinkage, they want labors not educated people, highest deduction of salary, too much office timing, overall dont join this company.

HR department n trainings are really really worst. No support n fake commitments. I do not like anything about working at teleperformance.
