The likes and dislikes depends on the client and business. Worked in domestic outbound process. got to meet some nice people but none of them suffered through the job more than 6 months. Some of them quit after just a week. Makes impossible targets that's not just hard but not achievable at all. One good thing was leaves. They do have some leave poIicy but not very stringent.

Very low salary. No incentives. No training. Have to work till the target is achieved. affected work life balance Again, it depends on the client and the kind of process.

The management is not good if a person like me get a chance to manage a process like I adobe in teleperformance I think I'll handle better because the managers they are not focusing on agents and their work they are busy in their internal politics and because of that it impact for I can say hammer the all over process

Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.

...job security every time I have been asked to leave due some or the other reason. Salary hike is not worth. Promotion is already decided internally and then only ijp is released. Poor management. I was hired for permanent WFH and now I have been asked to resign because I can't relocate due to BTO.
