Being working as a scrum master, I have an easy reach to senior management. I almost daily coordinate with directors.

Dislikes

Worst standards of salary compensations. Absolutely no rewards and recognition programs. And not to mention, I have a blood sucking manager. (Well, that could be subjective for others)

...or survival, it is ok. for a support functions, there is no work life balance. very poor compensation n benefits, its already pre decided. IT policies are in complete mess. Finance process works like any government company.

What I like the most about working at Teleperformance is the professional work environment experience.

Dislikes

I feel there’s scope for improvement in salary growth, promotions, and work-life balance. Also, I wish there were more opportunities for skill development and better work satisfaction. But overall, I’ve learned a lot here.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics
