Actually the thing is it's a fine company but they're paying a very less salary scale to the agents and there's no increment in the salary even if you're well experienced you get the same amount as like the freshers. Environment is good staff is supportive. You can only gain experience

Compensation ( for IJP, hike is fixed & also its on your last compensation) so if your starting salary is less you'll end up getting less salary as compared to your peers if you are having same roles and responsibilities

The training period was good. The trainer explained the products with examples, which made it very easy to understand.

...mpleting login hours before allowing rest. There is a complete lack of humanity. Moreover, if we discontinue the job due to health or personal reasons, they do not provide any salary for the days worked.

After completing 9 months you can apply for promotions.

...iven preference, No fun Friday hardly in 2 or 3 months we get 1 or 2 fun Friday. Salary is also very less as it's my personal opinion every one deserves more as working for MNc processes.

It's the worst company, it doesn't provide cab facility to male employees, salary is low and in the name of customer support executive they are actually making us work as retention team, anyways toxic work culture and they do not understand employees. Don't join TP
