Joining delay
I recently gave my interview in teleperformance on 14th June 2025 and they selected me and provided me offer letter on same day and my joining was from 18th June 2025 and I waited till 17th June evening to receive update for my joining but didn't receive it and the next moment i contacted hr in teleperformance hyderabad for update he said it's postponed till 24th of June and then again it is postponed to 30th june and still i haven't receive any update for my joining.does this usually happens in teleperformance or is it any scam because hr department is very worst at teleperformance

Work from home which i like the most to do because i can manage my home too and salary was also quite better. Chat process is good for the person like me who is simply naive and kinda introvert. For fresher and students it's better to get income handy as this company gives the salary at 1st date itself.

Dislikes

They probably remove you if not then you might be lucky or even not after probation period and don't give any transfer to another process where you can be capable. Less job security and strict norms yet ethical but critical. TheIR ZTP norms are really terrifying for innocents.

Employees received their salary before 1st of the month , only that's good.

1. Their hiring process is very bad, they hired people without validating their skill when they required post that operation team have to face challenges with non skill employees. 2. HR team is there only for show off, even they don't know about their job role. From BHR excutive to the HR manager all are there not support or help the employees. They only says every time that we can not do anything for you. 3. Proper training not provided to the new employees hence they are not able to perform at production floor and they faced separation. Maximum time trainers are in break or of the training room.

The training period was good. The trainer explained the products with examples, which made it very easy to understand.

Dislikes

...mpleting login hours before allowing rest. There is a complete lack of humanity. Moreover, if we discontinue the job due to health or personal reasons, they do not provide any salary for the days worked.
