The company having high-quality products and has a global client base. and very peaceful and disciplined atmosphere, Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various different-2 cities and cultural background.i also like the employee re-hire policy there.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is slow. and work pressure is very high. I do not appreciation call and email from my client. Also, there are Senior folks like me to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...denly move me into voice procese from non voice and i am unbale to take calls. They ask me to stop doing non voice also and deduct my salary too. No employee care or any HR helping me.

All management is bad no one can take any stand for experts.

Shift timing changes again and again..In my opinion it should be on monthly basis..atleast 1 mnth should bhi giving for same shift the next month other timing should be preferable.

...s like the culture and environment of company . Training was best and enargyful. Salary was not as per market need but work was good for learning communication skills it given us friendly environment ...my ex. Was good .

We had to strugal for workplace and system that was so bad . End it was west age of our time .

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP
