...th pass. Like the HR Team, because they will help to place in any other process. matching up your salary, if you are fired from current process. They were having some semi Technical process of Cloud computing. At present I do not know, if they have or not.

Pure call center job where in, you need to accept back to back inbound calls or multiple chats for 6-7 hours. If you have capability to mingle well with Managers, even though you r ordinary performer, your career growth is good here. If you are good performer, can spend maximum of one year in this company and after then your growth stops, however growth depends on your future goals. Do not work in Signpost process because client will not give you so much time to understand the product and process. Any unintentional mistake, you are fired from the process. They hired in bulk and start throwing them when the period of major call flow season finishes. They repeat the same.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.

...in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations.
