There's no Variable pay component in their CTC. Except for that there's no other good thing.

Dislikes

There are many things that are not employee friendly. There's no career planning discussions with the employee after joining. They will forget you after the first month. Even when there are lay-offs happening at the client place, they will not support you with alternate options. ZERO appraisals. No promising benefits. You can't expect any benefit. ZERO retention policy. A strong no for joining this company.

...ly 5-6 months and will not have any proper answer to any query getting raised 6. Lots of time there is an issue with syncing in timesheet due to which they might put your salary on hold

No fixed timing for work, do your job, go home. Chill work environment. Nice Supportive Knowledgeble Folks on the floor. Games, Sports & Events.

Somewhat flat hierarchy. Less politics. Job security Most people are good and will help/guide you a lot. Health care. Have fitness programs. Reimburse for gym.

Dislikes

Salary is less as compared to the other companies in the same domain. Less hike. Politics and buttering has increased in the past few years and this will only increase with time. Upper management has poor communication. They schedule town hall meetings but never give proper information. No appreciation to the employees who actually work hard.
