Compensation is good. No extra management work. Just do your work given by client and thats it. Its a talent provider company so don't expect career guidance kind of things. They have very good clients with them

Dislikes

Mostly HR firm which makes it difficult techies to discuss their concerns. Also, job security is something not very good. If you get on bench, they may only give 1 month time.

So, i have worked so I will be able to tell you in detail. Probably the best company. Right from the start that is from telephonic interview to the actual client interview it has been the best. First and foremost, there will be no problems and if there are they will always have a solution no matter how large or small the issue is. People at TEKsystems have been extremely helpful, from the HR team to payroll to senior management, who are always on your side. No job security even if you worked hard. No proper information. Full fake words and commitment . No work life balance. Total waste. Simply they were taking and using for respective 5 to 6 months project then without notice they rolled out it.

There is no like to describe and too wrost company and everything they are telling lie and fake. During initial call they will inform us for L1 position but after hiring it will be different and it is like above L3 role. And there is no allowances will be provided.

The HR's are the worst, they do not respond to you on time, you have to take their availability to talk to them even for the smallest discussion prior to 1 week, they are always busy and have no time for their employees.
