No Job Security Lack of support Lay off happening in 4 months. Please don't join this company if you have EMIs to pay and family to feed. I got hired in June this year for Cisco Project. And Cisco did a layoff within 3 months and TEK asked me to leave within 30 day. I made a mistake joining this company think twice before you join in here.

...orcefully and when we need leave for our personal emergency our pay is deducted. -> There is no hike policy or leave policy. -> This is the perfect place to ruin your career and mental health.

...connect from HR and the employees once they got recruited in client contracts. No hikes and your incentives will be kept hold for no reasons.

...nd messages were never answered or sometimes my WA messages haven’t been seen. There will be no hike and incentive and shift allowance will be on hold for no reason and no one will be answering your calls, emails, or messages so u have to include your client manager every single month.

Initial salary while recruitment is higher with respect to other companies

...ts and all big company tieups while joining but company has none to be honest. No salary hikes or appraisals. Terrible management, no one to approach. Never join this company, it will destroy your total work experience and will cause a negative impact on career.
