Don't go via this company. They can keep you on hold for a month or even more and will not pay your salary. It has happened with me. They promised me that I will be getting salary till I get attached on some other project of Infosys. They didn't release the salary in upcoming months. When I enquire they said that they have not received the biil from Infosys, hence they are not liable to pay salary.

As an employee at TekArch, I have experienced firsthand the dismal work environment and inadequate HR support. From day one, it was evident that the company lacks commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. The office atmosphere is oppressive and demoralizing, and a pervasive sense of neglect. HR support is virtually non-existent. When issues arise, there's a blatant disregard for employee concerns. Responses from HR are delayed, and resolutions are often half-hearted or completely overlooked. It's as if they view employees as expendable assets rather than valuable contributors to the company's success. In conclusion, TekArch fails miserably in creating a positive work environment and providing essential HR support. Potential applicants and current employees should beware of joining this sinking ship.

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about a year now, it is good to start profession.😊

There is nothing good to talk about this organization. People, recruiters, managers are so mismanaged and they do not care about your well being and there is a lot of communication gap and miscommunication as well. They are NOT THE ONES WHO ARE MAN OF THEIR WORDS. For them commitment is NOTHING. Do not go on what they commit to you, as you never know when they would tell, we mentioned nothing about this at all. If you are going ahead with them, make sure what will be your exact joining date, as they may extend it to way further and do not pay you for those gap. they simply refuse to it, even though the date is moved by them only. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. they are BIG LIARS and are looking at you only as their money making machine. No employee friendly organization. They have nothing streamlined so far. Some stupid recruiters are there, who will hold you responsible if your BGV is incomplete ( where you have nothing to do at all with that). So if you happen to receive an offer from them, Its a BIG NO NO NO. you'll end up ruining your career if you happen to join them.

Everything is just super upsetting. Cant even count it
