I joined from campus. When I joined, I loved the position and company. Now when leaving, they are not letting me.

Dislikes

Salary is too less. After a lot of argument, they increased. No wlb. Bad politics. Bad management. Manager is not good. Manager just helps who are their favourite.

Nothing. Joined from other state. Initially work from home. I had other background, but now I am fine with current technology.

Dislikes

Bad management. After resignation, there is no support. Feel pressure. HR is rude. Nobody follows policy. Before resignation, no wlb. Too much work. On Saturday Sunday also work.

They don't care about the employees they hired me as an technical architect and called me at vadodara provided me third class hotel stay and after 3 months they said they can't pay me as company is in loss so no job security

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
