... The people only chase for target dates and dont look up for quality of working. All senior level people gets some bonus for completing targets on given date and for which they pressurized working level engineers on very high extent. They dont expect quality from you only expect quantity. 4. Engineering standardization is worst. 5. Actual engineering is not in their hands everything has been decided by Tecnimont milan. You just have to do Mechanical work in India. 6. Knowledge growth chances are zero. 7. Drafting modellers has more authorites than engineer. 8. There is nothing for fresh engineers. There is lot more its only the key points.

Working environment is awesome, salary on time, project base job , after project finish you will go home. You can learn there a lot.over all good company.

This company project is finish you have to go home. no long term job.
