There isn't anything specific I dislike overall, it's a positive environment to work and learn.

It's been just above 2 months, and things are great so far. Nothing as such to complain about. I feel I'm not that great like I used to before and there's a lot I'm learning each day here.

Dislikes

Not a dislike but a suggestion, This is a straightforward company which you'll either love or hate, it's not for everyone, it's not that sugar coated fancy talk corporate atmosphere. Everyone is made accountable for every step they take and everyone should know how they are adding value to the company each day. It's a heaven for the kinda folks who like freedom with accountability. Ain't for the faint hearted average ones who just does something because they were said to without knowing reason.

Poor management, irrelevant work pressure which amounts to nothing. No Public holidays. Poor leader with unclear goals and intentions. Super micro-managing, we have to keep track of every minute, second. Useless data collection.
