Hence setback on both professional and monetary end.

...ork policy is followed ,polices are keep changing according to management needs. No salary on time. No job security at all ,they can throw you off according to their requirements. Lots of internal politics. No work life balance .

They just Terminate or ask for forcefully resignation, doesn't matter you are petmanent or on probation If you ask for salary update. As no fix date for salary 10-30 any date. No job security. Poor management. PF deducted from salary but not deposited in your EPF account. basically they're doing fraud.

First of all no work life balance employes have to work extra hours without getting paid anything extra salary is given 10 to 15 days late every month manager is very rude

The management is full of shit They dont appreciate the work you do for them. Appraisal and salaries are not done on time, every month salary used to come after 10th.
