the company keeps you in contractual basis but when we will join they will say you that they are keeping as permanent. This contractual will hamper the carrier as there is no certainty they will ebd your contract at 6 months or 1 year or before that

Everyone gives respect to each other and your work gets recognition and you can expect timely salary hike (performance based) I started as a Business Strategist and moved into Product Manager role quickly (based on my previous experience). Built internal HRMS system from scratch.

Management is supportive and approachable, providing guidance and mentorship. Technodysis is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist.
