...No equality. Ypu cannot directly convey ypur problems to office management. They only pay 15-16k salary to a Btech engineer whereas a supervisor gets 32k + special allowances and all whose not even 8th pass 😂

The most important thing is salary comes always in proper time. Apart from this, company culture is good and all staff along with managers are very supportive and cooperative

Always give salary on time sometime before time. You learn technical area very much. Also some extra facilities are provided
