...No equality. Ypu cannot directly convey ypur problems to office management. They only pay 15-16k salary to a Btech engineer whereas a supervisor gets 32k + special allowances and all whose not even 8th pass 😂

Always give salary on time sometime before time. You learn technical area very much. Also some extra facilities are provided

There are no work life balance in Site construction. Even Sunday sometime Work full day...
