Nothing to like about. Only you can learn if you got the good senior

Partial Management. Bad work culture. A cook, a masion, an office boy can become a senior engineer at Techno. But a technical graduate can’t do anything here. No increment. No promotion. Only supervisors who’re not even qualified for technical posts can lead at Techno with the help of their office connections ( senior management). Only uneducated supervisors ( most them are not even 8th pass) can grow their career at Techno Electric. Partiality of management between Bengali and non-bengali staffs. No equality. Ypu cannot directly convey ypur problems to office management. They only pay 15-16k salary to a Btech engineer whereas a supervisor gets 32k + special allowances and all whose not even 8th pass 😂...Read More
