People I work with are nice. Structured work culture. Salary is good for a mid sized company.

Leave policy is very bad. working from office is mandatory. very inflexible in leaves or work hours. Unpaid weekend hours or overtime. Parking is paid. Health insurance is deducted from salary.

1. Micromanagement at every level. 2. Treating of people as a resource not as an employee 3. No on job training but expectations are on cloud 4. Terrible work life balance. Expect late night oncall and sometimes on weekend too.
