Its a serious and intense place for work. If you are not serious or wany to chill, then this is not for you.

Likes

They care for employees. They had given a 100% bonus to all eligible employees twice in the pandemic. Once in 2020 and again in 2021. Also, regular hikes were given to all eligible employees even in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 when most other companies were firing. They also listen to employees, provide feedback for better alignment and lesser surprises. The new process transformation led to predictability and a lot better organization of work with better estimations, deduction of time needed for all sprint ceremonies, and taking only rest of available hours into account when taking workload. This is making developer life so easy and predictable. The technology stack is top-notch too.

1. Process oriented. Follows Scrum guidelines. 2. Good learning for freshers upto 8 years experience guys. 3. Hybrid work for the existing employees based on their bands. 4. Transparent work culture. 5. Anyone can connect to anyone for feedbacks. 6. No cuts on variable pays. 7. Leadership team are very supportive.

Dislikes

...e benefits like, paternal or maternity leaves, promotions for certifications. 5. People with 8 years or more experience won't get much benefits in terms of learning, salary, flexibility. 6. Company expects to be available over the phone 24 hours.
